Geoparadise works bio-regionally through the Centre for sustainable development Oaxaca (CSO) Rancho Encantado forming a dynamic foundation that works with governmental and private organizations to establish and run all programs, acquire funding and material support, provide technical and educational assistance to local communities as well as serving in marketing and representing all products generated by the region including international export and certifications of authenticity and organic standards.

All cooperative programs initiated by GeoParadise / CSO-Rancho Encantado are designed and structured to run independent and serve as direct opportunities for local inhabitants to benefit from cooperative representation and distribution while remaining self owned and operated.

These programs help local residents take full advantage of the vast local resources available to them by educating and organizing participants so they may increase their own productivity assuring sustainable longevity to the region and its future generations.

Other programs initiated by GeoParadise / CSO-Rancho Encantado serve to provide job opportunities for local inhabitants while serving the community in services rendered or products generated.

In efforts of preservation and investigation the actual ranch will serve as a bio-reserve for preserving the forest and potable water sources. It will be open for investigation and biological studies or preservation of endangered species. It will as well serves as home to educational programs, health and spiritual centres, eco-tourism projects and forum for examples in sustainable living with active examples of all eco-technologies, renewable energy sources, and permaculture systems.

The promotional and representative assistance given by GeoParadise / CSO-Rancho Encantado via Project Catalyst allow us to make new markets available for products, or services, offered, or generated locally, while bringing much needed technical, educational, and financial assistance to the region.

We have been now active for the last 3 years in the mountain and costal regions of Oaxaca, MX establishing infrastructures and start-up of such community outreach and developments programs like:

Structure:

Cooperative sociadades: a number of these societies will be created one for each Project/Program. Each will be comprised of local participants in the cooperative program. Each participant with a holding share in the cooperative relative the percentage of product or labour inverted by the participant.

The operating structures, management consulting and product representation / distribution will be offered by GeoParadise / CSO-Rancho Encantado while GeoLab and Bio:logical Solutions will provide technical support , educational assistance, administrative assistance and help serve in program Start up financial aid and infrastructure.

Association rural: comprised of local landholders looking to preserve their lands while seeking ways to sustain-ably realize productive activities to generate jobs and economic ingress without detrimental impact on the biodiversity.

Foundations: Rancho Encantado and Bio:logical Solutions are international collaborations for the advancement of rural autonomy. Serve local communities by inter-relating governmental and private programs for the advancement of the rural communities and sustainable living. These foundations provide infrastructure and management support, educational aid and capacitation. These foundations work to raise financial support and material or intellectual assistance vital to increasing productivity of local regions and efficient use of local resources. It as well heads up efforts in implementation of renewable energy sources, bio fuels, and autonomous living models.

While these foundations work closely with the cooperatives and rural associations on a local level each are independent structures allowing for the individual growth of each community to provide its own autonomy.

GeoLab and Bio:logical Solutions are think tanks established to heading up efforts of research and development of new logical and permaculture based solutions to rural issues sponsoring vital topographic and regional studies for better use of lands and resources, including social studies and community support programs to help establish better community relations and productivity.

GeoParadise / CSO-Rancho Encantado as a non- profit foundation serves the local communities through a sophisticated structure comprised of 3 base work groups designed to manage a number of initiatives and projects aimed at fulfilling the goals of the foundation and needs of the local communities.
